What is Holy Communion?
Holy Communion is the sacrament through which the love born between God and us in Baptism is nourished and deepened. Our heavenly Father gives us His own Son as spiritual nourishment. This is a sign of love. Through Holy Communion, God walks with us daily — it is the food for our journey toward eternal life.
